Yoga at re-Innergise

My tailored classes emphasise musculo-skeletal precision and alignment in the postures. The practice is progressive and uses props, where needed, such as blocks, chairs, blankets and belts, to allow Yoga to be practiced by everyone.

I assist clients with a range of concerns, including:

- Physical wellbeing: Back pain, joint stiffness, muscle tension, and posture improvement.
- Mental wellbeing: Stress management, anxiety reduction, enhancing focus, and emotional balance.
- Spiritual wellbeing: Developing a deeper connection to yourself, beyond your physical body.

What I notice is that most of my clients who find yoga have often been called to it due to something going on in their lives, that is troubling them. Bringing this into the practice, can help to make the yoga more effective, to both understanding the mind’s impact on the body, and also help to release the body.
